One of my uncles would 'hire' Brother and me to do some kind of job around his house. It only happened the couple years, he was between wives, and each time we were hired to paint his garage and the trim around his house. I realized he was in sore need to looking after when he simply left a little note over the guest toilet saying, "Jiggle the handle. Dank house keeping." That being said, I don't know what happened to this week and find I'm without a new Sunday Funnies photo...and so my apologies on my own version of 'dank housekeeping'.

Sunday Funnies: It's Your Fault Mr. Larson!
The Christmas Santa came bringing our first collection of Gary Larson's twisted Far Side cartoons was the best Christmas ever! Larson retired but a whole generation continues to be influenced by his humor...
This week's bad joke:
The first inhabitants in North America arrived after they got their BEARIN STRAIT! (from Pretty Good Jokes www.prairiehome.publicradio.org)

Sunday Funnies: A Brief Tale of Two Pants
For legal reasons, I do not promote graffiti or the defacing of property; for anecdotal reasons I love it when these kind of little gems present themselves.
This week's bad joke:
Nostalgia is like a grammar lesson. You find the presence tense and the past perfect.
Happy Father's Day

Sunday Funnies: Here's Your Sign

Begs to question once again where baby oil comes from.
This week's bad joke:
In light of the topic matter of this week's Sunday Funnies, we've decided to go sans joke.

Sunday Funnies: Jesus! Coming Soon To A Theater Near You
Rock of Ages, cleft for me,
let me hide myself in thee;
let the water and the blood,
from thy wounded side which flowed,
be of sin the double cure;
save from wrath and make me pure.
let me hide myself in thee;
let the water and the blood,
from thy wounded side which flowed,
be of sin the double cure;
save from wrath and make me pure.

Return of the Sunday Funnies
We haven't captured anything obviously funny, but I personally find this pretty funny in a scrappy politics kinda way...
Die Hard Politics
This week's bad joke:
When NASA first started sending up astronauts, they quickly discovered that ballpoint pens would not work in zero gravity. To combat the problem, NASA scientists spent a decade and $12 billion to develop a pen that writes in zero gravity, upside down, underwater, on almost any surface including glass and at temperatures ranging from below freezing to 300°C. The Russians used a pencil.
